Casa Verde is one of two villas available for holiday rental from Playa Blanca Holiday Villas. The villa is located within a peaceful cul-de-sac, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well equipped offering guests all the comforts of home. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15-minute stroll takes you to the blue flag Playa Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca with its wonderful seafront setting and a myriad of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It’s a great place for walkers and cyclists alike. Car hire is not essential so take the opportunity to leave the daily routine behind you and simply relax during your holiday.

Casa Verde has a private garden surrounded by high walls. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and a covered barbeque dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior. Guest satisfaction is a priority and we ensure your stay with us is safe, comfortable and above all memorable. Casa Verde is a spacious single-story villa that provides guests with a secure and private environment to help create the perfect holiday experience for discerning guests. The villa has a private gated driveway and is surrounded by high walls. There are 2 large covered patio areas to the rear for shade and comfort and planted borders and gardens A heated 8m x 4m pool and wonderful 4 person hot tub completes the perfect location giving you space, privacy and freedom afforded by booking a private villa holiday.

The villa interior is spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished to a high standard throughout. Casa Verde has a large main lounge with separate dining room and access to the superb outside covered patio and additional dining area overlooking the pool and gardens. An American style kitchen is spacious and well equipped. For your entertainment we offer FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, UK TV Channels including Sky Movies and Sports and access to NETFLIX through our Smart TV. For your comfort, the interior has air conditioning throughout, a main bathroom with walk-in shower and also a walk-in shower in the en-suite.
