Welcome to our Villas
My name is Sarah Kay and together with my Father, Allan we moved into the Playa Blanca rental market in 2018 with the purchase of an established rental, Casa Verde. Our occupancy had increased to the point that we were reluctantly having to turn away bookings, so we made the decision to double our capacity with the purchase of Casa Kira. We work hard to maintain the quality of service and accommodation as repeat guests are the bedrock of our success and our future. Everything we do revolves around guest requirements and satisfaction. This website promotes the privately owned villas Casa Verde and Kira, located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The villas are marketed under their individual names and are not affiliated with any other holiday rental business.

BOOKING REGISTRATION RULES
Guest registration rules
As a legal requirement, Passport and other details of ALL guests (including children) must be submitted to the authorities in Spain prior to you taking up residence in your holiday rental property. The process is exactly the same as the check in service at a hotel.
Registration will be via email
Please look out for an email from info@villacheckin.com. They will provide a link for you to register everyone. This link can be sent to other guests in your group for completion. Once you are all registered, Sarah will send you the access details for the property the day before you travel.
